Hospital did a study and found that Vitamin “C” and “E” clearly showed an

Vitamin D

Lack of Vitamin D can cause a disorder known as Osteopenia in the three little

condition and in some cases return the person to better hearing.

 Folate or Folic Acid

The body’s ability to make RNA, DNA, and new cells in the body depend entirely on having folic acid. A study in the Netherlands proved that lower folate levels were directly related to high pitched hearing loss. People who took folic acid were less likely to experience high pitched hearing loss than those who didn’t. Folic acid is regularly found in spinach, asparagus and broccoli and liver.

Glutathione

 Zinc

Nearly half of all people over sixty five have less than the recommended daily intake of zinc. It was reported from a National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey that even when dietary supplements are used 20 – 25 % of adults still do not have enough zinc. Zinc is important for oxidative stress and DNA repair. Colds, auto immune disorders, erectile dysfuncion and many types of cancers result from low zinc protection.
